Server Notice: The server will sometimes crash, so please be patient and wait 10 to 20 minutes if this does happen. If the server does not go up with in an hour, there may have been technical difficulties because of memory space (sometimes internet is the cause, but it's mostly memory space). You can check the Announcements in the forums to see updates.
«Rules For Members»
1. No Griefing! - 2 warnings result in jail time, 3 warnings result in permanent ban
2. Be respectful towards everyone. - 3 warnings result in jail time, 5 warnings result in mute, 7 warnings result in temporary ban, 8 warnings is permanent ban.
3. Be ethical. - 3 warnings result in jail time, 5 warnings result in mute, 7 warnings result in temporary ban, 8 warnings is permanent ban.
4. Don't spam! - 3 warnings result in being mute, 5 warnings result in jail time, 6 warnings permanent ban!
5. No advertising servers! I don't consider e-mail or sharing links as advertising if they are not server links. - 3 warnings result in permanent ban.
6. Keep the chat PG! I don't want any sexual content and foul language in the chat because it's disrespectful and rude! - 3 warnings result in mute, 5 warnings result in permanent ban.
7. Don't ask for items! - 3 warnings result in mute for 2 hours, 5 warnings result in jail time, 8 warnings result in temp. ban, 10 warnings result in jail time.
8. Don't ask for OP or staff positions! - 3 warnings result in mute, 4 warnings jail time, 5 warnings result in temp. ban, 6 warnings result in permanent ban.
9. Don't cheat! - 2 warnings result in jail time, 3 warnings result in permanent ban.
10. No hacks and nodus! - 1 warning result in jail time, 2 warnings result in permanent ban.
11. Don't steal! - 3 warnings result in jail time, 5 warnings result in temporary ban, 6 warnings result in permanent ban
«Rules for Staff Members»
1. Don't abuse staff commands.
2. Follow both staff and members rules of the server.
3. Don't jail, kick, ban, or mute anyone for stupid reasons. This also applies for demoting someone.
4. Don't ask for OP.
5. Don't give out items! We have kits and shops, so their wouldn't be a need for people to ask for items. If you did give it out and you were given 2 warnings, prepare for being demoted a rank below your rank.
6. Don't abuse regular members and newbies for your selfish reasons.
7. Treat everyone with respect.
8. Don't use the TP all command. It's very rude and selfish if you did use this command just to show people something.
9. Don't cheat in games and when you PvP. Play fair.
10. Don't abuse your rank!
-- Anyone Staff member that doesn't follow these rules will result in losing their position for a month if they were given 3 warnings. 5 Warnings will result in losing their staff position forever. 6 Warnings will result in perm ant ban. --

| «Info for Staff and Members»
- PvP is allowed on the server only if both parties agree. If the battle
was unfair, you are allowed to report it to a staff member or report it
in the "Report" threads in the minecraft section of the forums with proof.
- If you are reporting something, you'll need proofs. More info in the "Report" threads. (I will post the thread later in the future, until then, please message me at soysuva@gmail.com)
- Trolling is allowed only if griefing is not involved. If it is, you will be permanently ban.
- Need a Ban Appeal for being banned for unfair reasons? Report it in the Ban Appeal threads in the Minecraft Section.
- Don't build tall buildings over cloud limits because this causes lag.
- Server has plugins for land protection and chest protection.
